摘  要:根据摆线轮与针齿壳的设计参数,建立了针齿槽的齿面方程,探讨了立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮磨削特性和常用的修整方法。基于成形磨削理论中砂轮与工件的相对运动及位置关系,建立了成形磨削坐标系,推导出成形砂轮轴向截形坐标点方程。依据等距曲线原则,求解出金刚石滚轮修整砂轮时的运动轨迹。运用MATLAB软件编写砂轮修整程序,并给出计算实例,实现了针齿壳相关参数的计算、保存及数值仿真模拟。试验结果表明:以金刚石滚轮与砂轮联动插补的方法修整砂轮磨削的针齿齿廓形状误差较小,齿廓形状X值最大绝对误差为0.03202 mm,最小绝对误差为0.00563 mm;Y值最大绝对误差为0.03130 mm,最小绝对误差为0.00185 mm。According to the design parameters of the cycloidal wheel and pin gear shell,the tooth surface equation of the pin gear groove was established.The grinding characteristics of the cubic boron nitride(CBN)grinding wheel and the commonly used dressing methods were discussed.Based on the relative motion and positional relationship between the grinding wheel and the workpiece with the forming grinding theory,the forming grinding coordinate system was established.The axial point coordinate point equation of the forming grinding wheel was derived.According to the principle of equidistance curve,the motion trajectory of the diamond wheel was solved when dressing the grinding wheel.The grinding wheel dressing program was developed by using MATLAB tool and the calculation examples were given.The calculation and preservation of the parameters related to the pin-toothed shell and numerical simulation were realized.The experiments show that the shape error of the tooth profile of the grinding wheel trimmed by the diamond wheel and grinding wheel linkaged interpolation method is small.The maximum and minimum absolute error value of the tooth shape X value is 0.03202 mm and 0.00563 mm respectively,and the maximum and minimum absolute error value of Y value is 0.03130 mm and 0.00185 mm respectively,which proves the correctness of the grinding wheel dressing theory.
