摘 要:提出了一种具有矩形管吸收体的均匀聚光器(USC-RT),建立了USC-RT反射面的数学模型,并进行了求解验证。针对USC-RT的能量转换过程建立了光学模型,以一个集热面积为10 m^2的USC-RT为研究对象,基于SMARTS模型通过全年能量的模拟计算对该集热器的旋转角和倾角进行了优化分析。结果表明USC-RT的最佳旋转角为0°(沿南北方向放置),给出了USC-RT在不同调节方式下的最佳倾角和最佳光学效率。当USC-RT全年固定倾角、每个季度调整一次倾角以及每个月调整一次倾角时,不同纬度地区集热器平均获取的最佳年总光学效率分别为92.0%、96.8%和98.1%。USC-RT的最佳年总光学效率显著高于东西水平放置时的年总光学效率,且在高纬度地区也显著高于南北水平放置时的年总光学效率。This paper presents a uniform solar concentrator with a rectangular tube absorber(USC-RT).A mathematical model for the reflector profile of a USC-RT is developed,solved and validated.An optical model is established for the energy conversion process of a USC-RT.Annual energy simulation based on the SMARTS model is processed for a USC-RT with an aperture area of 10 m^2.The rotation angle and the slope angle of the USC-RT are optimized.The results show that the optimum rotate angle of the USC-RT is 0°which means that the collector is orientated with its long axis in the north-south direction.The optimum slope angle and optimum optical efficiency are obtained for the USC-RT in different adjustment modes.The average value of the optimal annual total optical efficiency of the USC-RT in different latitudes is 92.0%,96.8% and 98.1%,respectively,when the collector slope angle is fixed,adjusted one time each quarter,and adjusted one time each month.The annual total optical efficiency of the USC-RT with the optimal combination of rotate angle and slope angle is significantly higher than that of the horizontally east-west orientated USC-RT,and is also significantly higher than that of the horizontally north-south orientated USC-RT in the high latitudes.
