摘  要:本文建立了室温磁制冷系统的数学模型,就流体流速,运行频率,AMR长度等参数对磁制冷系统的温度跨度和制冷量的影响进行了模拟研究和分析。此外,本文构造了两个单目标优化问题,在压降损失小于150 kPa的约束条件下,最大化制冷量和温度跨度。利用算法求解这两个优化问题,得到以下结论:当温跨为20 K时,制冷量提高了26.4%;当限制利用因子为0.6左右时,制冷量最大;当限制利用因子为0.4左右时,温跨最大。This paper develops a numerical model of a magnetic refrigeration system with AMRs to investigate the effects of the velocity of fluid,operating frequency and the length of AMR bed on the performance enhancement,including the temperature span and cooling capacity.In addition,two optimization problems were formulated and solved to maximize the system cooling capacity and temperature span when pressure drop was the constraint.By solving the optimization problems,26.4% more cooling capacity and temperature span can be achieved.It was found that by restricting the utilization factor to about 0.6 can obtain the maximum cooling capacity,while the utilization factor is about 0.4 can obtain maximum temperature span.
