摘  要:通过富集培养从下水道污泥中分离出一株高效油脂降解菌LYC46-2。16S rDNA测序发现其与莴苣不动杆菌(Acinetobacter dijkshoorniae)有99%的一致性。分析该菌的油脂降解性能和影响因素,结果表明:在pH为7.0~10.0、温度为30~35℃、200 r/min条件下培养3 d,对体积分数为2%的花生调和油的降解率达95.7%,体积分数分别为4%、6%时对应的降解率达84.5%、59.7%。对其他餐厨油脂也有较高降解率,如对体积分数为2%的芝麻油、亚麻籽油降解率可达95%以上,对花生油、菜籽油、大豆油、葵花籽油甚至地沟油的降解率也在90%以上。A highefficiency oildegrading strain LYC46-2 is screened from oily sludge of sewer via enrichment culture technique.16S rDNA analysis shows that the 99%identity of the strain is the same with Acinetobacter dijkshoorniae.The oildegradation efficiency and influence factors of strain LYC46-2 on oil are also investigated.Under the conditions of pH 7.0-10.0,30-35℃,200 r/min and 72 h of culture time,the oildegradation efficiencies of the peanut blend oil with the volume fractions of 2%,4%and 6%reach 95.7%,84.5%and 59.7%,respectively.Furthermore,the strain LYC46-2 shows high oildegradation efficiency for different kinds of oil.The oildegradation efficiency ofthe sesame oil and linseed oil(2%volume fraction)is higher than 95%,and the efficiencies of peanut oil,rapeseed oil,soybean oil,sunflower oil,even illegal cooking oil with concentration of 2%(volume fraction)are also higher than 90%.
