基于“治未病”理论探讨痰湿人群的健康管理与慢病防控

摘　　要：以"治未病"思想为指导,运用体质学说、健康检查、健康评估、健康干预等措施完成痰湿体质人群的中医健康状态辨识方法与干预技术研究,开展健康筛查、慢病门诊、慢病体检、慢病风险评估、慢病干预、诊后随访等为一体的慢病诊疗模式,进一步构建健康管理及慢病防控模式。建立健全管理制度,其中以慢性病代表人群为示范,开展中医健康状态监测及干预技术评价研究,规范中医慢病防控的干预方法,形成痰湿人群的中医治未病健康状态监测、疾病风险预警监测及慢病管理防控监测系统,最终将基于中医"治未病理念"形成的规范可行的实施方案推广应用到家庭、社区等。The method and the intervention technology of the traditional Chinese medicine health state identification method and the intervention technology of the phlegm-wet constitution population are completed by using the measures such as constitution theory, health examination, health assessment, health intervention and the like to carry out health screening, slow disease clinic, slow disease physical examination and slow disease risk assessment, the model of slow disease diagnosis and treatment, such as slow disease intervention, post-diagnosis follow-up, etc., is further constructed and the control mode of health management and slow disease is further constructed. Establish and perfect the management system, in which the people of the chronic disease represent the model, carry out the study of the health status monitoring and the intervention technology evaluation of the traditional Chinese medicine, standardize the intervention method of the prevention and control of the slow disease of the Chinese medicine, and form the monitoring of the health status of the uninfected people in the phlegm-wet people, The disease risk earlywarning monitoring and the slow-disease management and control monitoring system will eventually be applied to the family, the community and the like based on the standard feasible implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine "the idea of treating the disease".
