摘　　要：针灸推拿疗法具有鲜明的中医特色,尤其是长白山通经调脏手法流派,以"脏腑-经络相关理论"为指导,并结合东北地区地域特点,临床善用温补,对功能性胃肠疾病疗效明显。顽固性呃逆病因复杂,多有感寒、情志等因素诱发,往往病史较长,反复发作,给患者身心带来巨大困扰。以恢复气机升降为根本大法,以和胃降逆,益气健脾,温里散寒为基本治疗原则,采用针刺结合腹部推拿法治疗本病,促使气血畅通,气机调畅,力求达到"外通经络,内调脏腑"效果,具有标本兼治,起效迅速,疗效稳定,不易复发等特点。整体处方取穴精当、手法简单、便于操作。The therapy of acupuncture and massage has distinct characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, especially Changbai mountain school of "Tongjing-Tiaozang". Guided by the "Zangfu-channel related theory" and combined with the regional characteristics of northeast China, it is clinically good at warming and tonifying and has obvious curative effect on functional gastrointestinal diseases. The etiology of intractable hiccup is complicated, and it is often induced by cold and emotion, etc. It often has a long medical history and recurrences, which brings great trouble to patients both physically and mentally. The author to restore qi activity rise and fall as a fundamental solution to inverse the regulating stomach descending adverse qi, benefiting qi and invigorating spleen and warming interior and disspating cold as the basic therapeutic principles, the acupuncture combined with abdominal massage method the treatment of the disease makes blood flowing, qi activity factors, strive to achieve "outside the channels and collaterals the viscera" effect, thorough, and take effect quickly, curative effect is stable, not easy to relapse.
