摘  要:建立了皮革中可萃取六价铬含量的液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。样品的萃取及衍生化操作与GB/T 22807相同,衍生化后的样液采用HPLC进行测定。色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18,流动相为A(甲醇)∶B(10 mmoL/L的磷酸水溶液)=35∶65(v/v),流速为0.9 mL/min。方法检测限为0.5 mg/kg,回收率和重复性均满足分析要求。实际样品测试结果表明:该方法有效消除了样液中杂质(颜色)的干扰,定性/定量准确、灵敏度高,适用于颜色干扰显著的皮革内六价铬含量的测试。A procedure was established for determining extractable hexavalent chromium in leather with high per?formance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The operation of sample extraction and derivation was the same as the de?scription in GB/T 22807,and the derivative was then subjected to HPLC for analysis.The used HPLC column was Diamonsil-C18,and the mobile phase was 35%(methanol)and 65%(10 mmol/L phosphoric acid solution)with isocratic elution at the flow rate of 0.9 mL/min.The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg.The recovery rate and reproduc?ibility were both satisfied.The results indicate that the method can effectively reduce the disturbance of colorants in the solution,and ensure the reliability of qualitative and quantitative analysis with high sensitivity.It is suitable for determining hexavalent chromium in leather with serious color interference.
