摘  要:采用多元非线性回归动力学手段对比研究了胶原/甘油与胶原/异丙醇共混溶液的热行为。分别考察了不同动力学模型:三步反应(Lumry-Eyring)模型、两步连续反应(d∶f)模型以及一步反应(Fn与F1)模型,对样品热分析曲线的拟合效果及模型的动力学参数。结果依据动力学模型的拟合效果优劣进行排序,胶原/甘油溶液的拟合模型顺序:Lumry-Eyring模型、d∶f模型、Fn模型和F1模型;胶原/异丙醇溶液的拟合模型顺序:Lumry-Eyring模型、Fn模型、F1模型和d∶f模型。胶原/甘油溶液的起始热变性活化能高于胶原/异丙醇溶液,但后者的热动力学行为尤其复杂。The thermal behaviors of collagen/glycerol and collagen/2-propanol blend solutions were comparatively studied by multivariate non-linear regression kinetic methods.The fitting quality and kinetic parameters of different models including the three-step(Lumry-Eyring) model,the two-step continuous reaction(d·f) model and the one-step(Fn and F1) models were investigated.The results show that the models for the collagen/glycerol solution are Lumry-Eyring model,d·f model,Fn model,and F1 model,while those for the collagen/2-propanol solution are Lumry-Eyring model,Fn model,F1 model,and d:f model,in terms of the fitting quality of models from good to bad.The initial heat denaturation activation energy of collagen/glycerol solution is higher than that of collagen/2-propanol solution,but the thermal behavior of the latter is particularly complicated.
