摘  要:目的探讨生物流体止血膜在烧伤患者削痂创面及供皮区的止血效果。方法选取北部战区总医院自2018年3月至2019年3月收治的30例烧伤后需行植皮术的患者为研究对象。术中选取相邻或对称部位削痂创面及供皮区,进行自身同体对照,A组使用0.9%生理盐水,B组使用生物流体止血膜,观察并比较创面出血量及止血时间情况。结果 A组和B组的出血量分别为(3.52±0.65)g和(1.54±0.35)g,止血时间分别为(89.26±22.35)s和(5.06±1.30)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物流体止血膜对烧伤患者削痂创面及供皮区有确切止血效果。Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of biological fluid hemostatic membrane on scab cutting wound and donor area of burn patients.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 30 cases of patients who were admitted and needed skin grafting after burn from March 2018 to March 2019.During the operation,adjacent or symmetrical sites were selected to cut off the scab wound and donor skin area,and the same body control was carried out.Patients of Group A were treated with 0.9% normal saline,and the others of Group B were treated with biological fluid hemostatic membrane,and wound bleeding volume,hemostatic time and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The bleeding volume of Group A and Group B was(3.52±0.65)g and(1.54±0.35)g,respectively,and the hemostatic time was(89.26±22.35)seconds and(5.06±1.30)seconds,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after surgery,and the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Bidogical hemostatic membrane has indubitably hemostatic effect on both the donor sites and escharotic sites in burnt free skin graft.
