摘　　要：目的确定医疗设备的故障率对患者治疗效果和结果的影响,优化维护管理的策略,尽可能提高医疗设备的可靠性,降低患者风险。方法调查9家医院6类医疗设备,问卷包括8个关键指标,即维护管理、维护方式、维护策略、维护内容、维护实践、故障率、维护成本、患者风险。调查医疗设备的台件数、使用年限、使用频率、是否维护、维护方式和故障数目等基本信息。结果调查共8 995台设备,报告的故障总数为4 846台次,对医疗设备的使用年限、维护方式、故障原因、诊疗结果进行分析,发现预防性维护通常不会增加医疗设备的可靠性,实际上可能会引入故障。结论通过拉普拉斯趋势检验预测医疗设备的可靠性趋势,实施预测性维护,才能提高医疗设备的可靠性并降低故障率,同时保证患者良好的诊疗结果。Objective To determine impact of failure rate of medical equipment on treatment effect and results in patients,optimize strategy of maintenance management, improve reliability of medical equipment and reduce patient risks. Methods Six kinds of medical equipments were investigated in nine hospitals. The questionnaire included eight key indicators: maintenance management, maintenance mode, maintenance strategy, maintenance content, maintenance practice, failure rate, maintenance cost and patient risk. Basic information of medical equipment numbers, service life, frequency of use, maintenance, mainte-nance mode and failure numbers were investigated. Results A total of 8 995 equipments were investigated, total failure numbers were 4 846. By analyzing medical equipment on service life, maintenance methods, causes of failure and treatment results,it was found that preventive maintenance did not increase reliability, while it might cause failures. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the reliability trend of medical equipment could be predicted by Laplacian test, which improve reliability of medi-cal equipment, reduce failure rate, and ensuring good diagnosis and treatment results.
