摘  要:非线性黏滞阻尼器力学性能测试是质量控制的重要环节,性能参数C、α是决定其力学性能的核心因素。《建筑消能阻尼器》(JG/T209—2012)规定了非线性黏滞阻尼器力学性能测试的基本要求和方法。而利用试验数据间接确定性能参数C、α的方法不明确,导致非线性黏滞阻尼器性能参数测试结果存在争议。基于非线性黏滞阻尼器工作原理和能量原理,本文提出了确定性能参数C、α的曲线拟合法和简化的能量法,通过大量开展非线性黏滞阻尼器力学性能测试试验,对比验证了两种方法的合理性。综合分析了在非线性黏滞阻尼器性能参数测试中应用两种方法的理论意义及面临的现实问题,给出了两种方法联合使用的建议。Mechanical performance testing of nonlinear viscous damper is an important task for controlling qualities of product,performance parameters C andαare the core factors that determine its mechanical performance.Dampers for vibration energy dissipation of buildings(JG/T 209—2012)specifies basic requirements and methods for nonlinear viscous damper performance testing.However,there is no unified method for determining nonlinear viscous damper performance parameters C andαindirectly by using experimental data,which causes controversy in the test results.Based on the working principle and energy principle of the nonlinear viscous damper,a curve fitting method and a simplified energy method for determining performance parameters C andαwere proposed,a large number of experiments had been carried out to test the mechanical properties of nonlinear viscous damper,the rationality of both methods were verified by comparison.The theoretical significance and practical problems of applying both methods in the performance parameters testing of nonlinear viscous dampers were comprehensively analyzed,and both methods union was suggested.
