摘 要:目的探讨CXCR趋化因子受体2型(CXCR2)蛋白在结肠腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取接受结肠癌根治术的患者87例,分别收集癌及癌旁组织,通过免疫组化染色方法检测CXCR2蛋白的表达,分析其与临床分期、淋巴结转移等的关系。结果CXCR2蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达率为66.7%(58/87),较癌旁组织14.9%(13/87)的表达率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=48.181,P<0.001)。结肠腺癌中CXCR2蛋白的表达在是否存在淋巴结转移、不同临床分期的分组中比较,差异有统计学意义,存在淋巴结转移(P=0.006)、临床分期Ⅲ期(P=0.039)的结肠腺癌中,CXCR2蛋白表达显著增加。而CXCR2表达在年龄、性别、组织学分级的分组比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CXCR2蛋白在结肠腺癌组织中高表达,提示其与患者预后不良相关,可为结肠癌术后疗效监测提供参考.Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR2 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its adjacent tissues, and to analyze its correlation with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods Eighty-seven patients received radical resection of colon cancer were selected, and the cancer and adjacent tissues were collected. The expression of CXCR2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining, and its correlations with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results The expression rate of CXCR2 protein in colon cancer tissues was 66.7%(58/87), significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues(14.9%, 13/87, χ^2=48.181, P<0.001). The expression difference of CXCR2 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma was statistically significant when compared between groups with or without lymph node metastasis and among different clinical stages. CXCR2 protein expression was significantly increased in colorectal adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis(P=0.006) and Stage Ⅲ(P=0.039). However, there was no significant difference in CXCR2 expression among different age, gender and histological grading(all P>0.05).Conclusion CXCR2 protein is highly expressed in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue, suggesting that it is correlated to poor prognosis of patients, and can provide reference for postoperative efficacy monitoring of colon cancer.
