摘 要:文章从四个方面探讨了日式餐厅的设计,叙述了日式餐厅设计的不同类型,日式风格在餐厅中的分类体现;日式风格在餐厅中的应用原则;日式风格在餐厅设计中的发展与影响。展现日本优秀的饮食文化,装饰艺术,设计文明;如禅宗枯山水,浮世绘绘画,和风装饰都是日本的优秀文化遗产。文章从"差异性主题"这种创新性思维出发,在整个餐厅风格不变的情况下,进行细部差异化处理,从不同类型的日本装饰艺术出发,进行二次创作,在不同区域进食都有着不同的感受,提高餐厅的就餐体验。This paper discusses the design of Japanese restaurant from four aspects, such ass the different types of Japanese restaurant design, the classification of Japanese style in the restaurant, the application principles of Japanese style in the restaurant and the development and influence of Japanese style in the restaurant design. It shows Japan’s excellent diet culture, decoration art and design civilization. For example, Zen dry landscape, ukiyo painting and Japanese decoration are all excellent cultural heritage of Japan. Starting from the innovative thinking of "difference theme", under the condition that the style of the whole restaurant remains unchanged, the article carries out detail differentiation processing, and secondary creation from different types of Japanese decorative art. Eating in different areas has different feelings, so as to improve the dining experience of the dining hall.
