摘　　要：科学技术与经济发展如何更紧密结合是当前科技工作中存在的最重要也是最难解决的问题。温州技术经纪人队伍建设虽起步较早,但人员素质参差不齐,表现在缺乏统一的战略目标、始终无法与市场紧密对接、不能适应政府提出的转型升级要求等,严重阻碍了技术成果的商品化进程。基于对技术经纪人基本内涵的界定,聚焦分析目前温州技术经纪人队伍发展现状,通过对比其他地区在技术经纪人队伍建设中的突出经验,提出了完善温州技术经纪人队伍建设的合理化建议。How to integrate science and technology with economic development more closely is the most important and most difficult problem in current scientific and technological work.Although the construction of Wenzhou technical broker team started earlier,the quality of personnel is uneven,which is reflected in the lack of unified strategic goals,the lack of close connection with the market,and the inability to adapt to the transformation and upgrading requirements put forward by the government,which seriously hinders the commercialization process of technological achievements.Based on the definition of the basic connotation of technical brokers,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the development of technical brokers in Wenzhou,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the construction of technical broker team in Wenzhou by comparing the outstanding experience in the construction of technical broker team in other regions.
