摘　　要：科学技术是创新型国家建设和经济转型发展的重要驱动力。促进科技成果转化、加速科技成果产业化,是科技创新发展的关键。依据天津市2018年度承担的国家级科技计划项目跟踪调查数据,从科技成果产出、成果形式、成果转化情况、成果推广及产业化情况、成果产生的效益作用和影响、成果尚未实现应用/转化的原因等方面进行分析,以期集中反映天津市承担国家级科技计划项目成果及转化应用情况。Science and technology is an important driving force for the construction of an innovative country and the development of economic transformation.Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and accelerating the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements are the key to the development of scientific and technological innovation.Based on the survey data of the national science and technology projects undertaken by Tianjin in 2018,this paper analyzes the output,form,transformation,promotion and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,the effect and influence of achievements,and the reasons why the achievements have not yet been applied/transformed in order to reflect the achievements of the national science and technology projects undertaken by Tianjin and their transformation and application.
