摘　　要：生活用纸属于一次性消耗品,十年内很难有物品来代替生活用纸在生活中的作用,美卓公司研发的Metso DNA系统(现隶属维美德公司)是当今唯一能覆盖造纸所有工艺过程的控制系统。本文基于Metso DNA系统对卫生纸机的控制系统设计与实现进行了研究,介绍了Metso DNA系统的结构与特点,组态设计主要内容,在此基础上阐述了基于Metso DNA的卫生纸机控制系统的逻辑回路组态、HMI界面组态、SFC顺序控制设计、硬件选型以及后续工作。Domestic paper belongs to disposable consumables. It is difficult to replace the role of domestic paper in life for ten years. Metso DNA system is the only control system that can cover all the process of papermaking nowadays. This paper studies the design and implementation of control system for tissue paper machine based on Metso DNA system. The structure and characteristics of Metso DNA system and the main content of configuration design are introduced. On this basis, the logical loop configuration, HMI interface configuration, SFC sequence control design and hardware selection of control system for toilet paper machine based on Metso DNA are expounded. Type I and follow-up work.
