摘　　要：文章以中国农业科学院果树研究所为例,具体阐述了中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费项目的支持对象、支持重点、取得的成果、存在的问题,并从加强项目储备、强化项目管理和谋划重大成果等方面提出了加强基本科研业务费项目管理的建议。Taking the Research Institute of Pomology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the support objects,support priorities,achievements,and existing problems of the basic research business fund projects of the central public welfare research institutes were specifically expounded in the paper.Suggestions on improving project management were put forward,such as increasing the project reserve,strengthening project management and planning major achievements.
