苏丹芝麻产业发展现状及深化合作对策

摘　　要：芝麻是重要的优质油料作物。苏丹是世界芝麻主产国之一,在国际芝麻贸易中居重要地位。为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议和“农业走出去”战略,推动中非农业合作,进而稳定我国芝麻产业的国际优势地位,促进一二三产融合发展,2014年以来,河南省农业科学院与苏丹持续开展了芝麻科研与生产国际交流与合作。文章结合多年来的合作研究和生产实践,阐述了苏丹在芝麻科研、生产、加工及贸易等方面的发展现状,并就今后我国与苏丹在芝麻产业发展方面的合作提出了对策建议。Sesame is an important and specific oil crop with high seed quality.Sudan is one of the main sesame production countries and stands the important position in international sesame trade.In order to respond to the state proposal of"the Belt and Road"and the strategy of"Agriculture Going Global",to strengthen the agricultural cooperation between China and Africa and finally stabilize the superior position of Chinese sesame industry in the world,and to promote the integrity and development of the first,the second and the third industries,the international communication and cooperation on sesame scientific research and production between Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Sudanese agricultural organization and companies has been established in recent years,which supplies the basis for enhancing the world sesame scientific research,production and trade.Based on the international cooperation research and production experiences in multiple years,we elucidate the development status of sesame scientific research and production,processing techniques,and sesame product trade in Sudan in this article.The suggestions and strategies for sesame industry cooperation between China and Africa were provided accordingly.
