摘　　要：文章以中国热带农业科学院为例,介绍了其纪检监察工作现状,指出纪检监察工作存在的监督责任落实不到位、监督定位欠精准、纪检干部业务能力有待提升等问题,提出了强化责任落实、实现精准监督、提升纪检干部履职能力等对策,以提高科研单位纪检监察工作质量。The basic situation of discipline inspection and supervision in the agricultural scientific research institutes was introduced,taking Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as a case.The problems were discussed because of the less sense of supervisory responsibility,the imprecise surveillance positioning and the insufficient discipline inspection capability.The corresponding solutions to improve the quality of discipline inspection and supervision work in scientific research units were put forward,i.e.,the responsibility awareness should be strengthened,the precise supervision should be focused and the ability to perform should be promoted.
