基于韧性城市的人居环境设计策略研究

摘　　要：为营造可持续发展的韧性城市,研究符合人居环境的设计策略。在尊 重生态自然环境、地域文化以及统筹设计的原则下,结合当前城市人居环境 设计的现状问题,分析宜居特征,采用以人为本的设计思想,运用可持续发 展观念对其制订韧性城市发展策略,拯救人居生活环境。能有效改善韧性城 市发展的不均衡、基建建设的缺失及生态恶化、社会文化滞后等现象。该方 法可为实现韧性城市发展与人居环境的宜居生活提供方针政策。For building a sustainable-developing and resilient city,researching the design strategy that accords with human settlement environment.With respect for the ecological environment,geographical culture and the design,combining the current status of urban human settlements,it analyzes the characteristics of livable environment and adopts the Human-oriented Design idea and the concept of Sustainable Development to formulate the Strategies for the Development of resilient cities to save the living environment of human settlements.It can effectively improve the unbalance of resilient city urban,the lack of infrastructure construction,ecological deterioration,cultural lag and other phenomena. This method can provide guidelines and policies for realizing the livable Life of resilient urban development and human settlement environment.
