移动互联网对大学生课外体育活动的影响研究

摘　　要：移动互联网的普及影响大学生课外体育活动,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对南京市6所高校的大学生使用移动互联网对课外体育锻炼影响情况进行研究分析,研究发现:大学生使用移动互联网进行课外锻炼,以移动4G为主,对移动互联网的使用具有依赖性;使用的运动平台前三为阳光体育平台、微信或支付宝、KEEP;大学生课外运动项目排在前三位为跑步、球类活动、户外活动,以强身健体、运动减肥、缓解压力、休闲娱乐为主。通过分析访谈,发现大学生缺乏运动习惯,运动技能欠缺,大部分学生以跑步的为主,少部分学生对移动互联网成瘾,据此提出高校要加强移动互联网的管理,建议对大学生的课外体育锻炼进行强制性管理监督,以课外体育活动学分制、导师制等措施,以促进大学生课外体育锻炼。The popularity of mobile Internet affects college students'extracurricular sports activities.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a research and Analysis on the inf luence of mobile Internet on extracurricular sports activities of college students in six universities in Nanjing.The research finds that college students use mobile Internet for extracurricular sports activities,mainly for mobile 4G.The use of the Internet is dependent;the top three of the sports platform is sunshine sports platform.We Chat or Alipay,KEEP;the top three extracurricular sports activities for college students are running,ball games and outdoor activities,mainly for physical fitness,exercise,weight reduction,stress relief and leisure entertainment.Through the analysis of interviews,it is found that college students lack sports habits and skills,most of them are running,and a few of them are addicted to mobile internet.Based on this,it is proposed that colleges and universities should strengthen the management of mobile internet.It is suggested that compulsory management and supervision should be carried out for college students'extracurricular physical exercise,and measures such as credit system and tutorial system should be taken to promote the university.Students do physical exercises after class.
