中国沿海城市“港口-临港产业-城市”协同发展的评价研究

摘　　要：本文基于对联动发展机理的分析,构建了"港口-临港产业-城市"三元复合系统协同发展程度的评价指标体系,运用综合贡献指数及耦合协调度模型对中国八大港口城市在2005-2017年间复合系统的发展度和协调度进行了实证分析。结果表明,样本期内,临港工业经济子系统发展度水平均较低,临港产业发展滞后是制约"港口-临港产业-城市"联动发展的主要因素;八大港口城市三子系统间呈现出较为显著的互动作用关系;复合系统的耦合协调度水平相对偏低,均有较大提升空间。Based on the analysis of the joint development mechanism,the evaluation index system of the coordinated development degree of "port-port vicinity industry-city"ternary composite system is constructed. We use the comprehensive contribution index and coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coordination development of eight port cities in China during 2005-2017. The results show that in the sample period, the development level of the port-vicinity industrial economic subsystem of the eight port cities is low, and the lagged development of port-vicinity industry is the main factor restricting the joint development of port-industry-city. The three subsystems of the eight port cities show a relatively significant interaction relationship. The coordinative level of the composite system is relatively low, but there is a large space for improvement.
