中原城市群经济增长、产业空间布局及其交互效应研究

摘　　要：城市群是不同发展水平的都市圈通过竞争与合作形成的空间交互与叠加的经济区域。城市群经济增长主要受制于要素禀赋、结构、功能及创新等方面,城市群经济增长需要从要素投入、产业布局、空间异质性等多重维度进行考察。引入空间权重的中原城市群经济增长空间杜宾模型结果表明:中原城市群对资本积累的依赖程度较高,空间溢出效应较为明显;中原城市群内部联系较弱,创新程度较低,没有形成基于空间和产业的多维价值链,基于分工与专业化的城市体系尚未形成,产业升级效果不明显。中原城市群因其特殊的地理区位,在发展中应体现柔性化、层次化、多样化和多核化的发展理念和推进措施,各城市内部形成"中心+组团"发展格局,形成优势互补、开放协同和功能完备的城市体系,加速推动空间效应的形成和提升,推动城市群高质量发展。Urban agglomerations are spatial interactions and superimposed economic regions formed by competition and cooperation in different development levels of the metropolitan area. The economic growth of urban agglomerations is mainly subject to factors such as factor endowment, structure, function and innovation. The economic growth of urban agglomerations needs to be examined from multiple dimensions such as factor input, industrial layout and spatial heterogeneity. The Dubin model of the economic growth space of the Central Plains urban agglomeration with spatial weights indicates that the Central Plains urban agglomeration has a higher dependence on capital accumulation, and the spatial spillover effect is more obvious. The internal relations of the Central Plains urban agglomeration are weaker, the degree of innovation is lower, and no basis is formed. The multi-dimensional value chain of space and industry, the urban system based on division of labor and specialization has not yet formed, and the effect of industrial upgrading is not obvious. Due to its special geographical location, the Central Plains urban agglomeration should reflect the development concept and promotion measures of flexibility, layering, diversification and multi-nuclearization in the development. The development pattern of "center + group" will be formed within each city to form complementary advantages and openness. A coordinated and well-functioning urban system accelerates the formation and promotion of spatial effects and promotes the high-quality development of urban agglomerations.
