摘　　要：海洋复合软管是海洋油气资源开发中的关键设备之一,异形钢带又是复合软管生产过程中不可或缺的重要材料.为克服目前国内海洋复合软管厂家生产的钢带卷出厂时在滚筒上缠绕不规则的问题,通过对异形钢带的复绕工艺的详细调研和周密分析,成功研制出一套适用于海洋复合软管制造的异形钢带复绕机.复绕机经过工厂实际运行,证明该机达到了设计要求,为国产海洋复合软管的开发制造提供了有力支持.Subsea flexible pipe is one of the key equipment in the development of offshore oil and gas resources,and the special-shaped steel strip is an indispensable important material in the production process of flexible pipe.In order to overcome the problem that the steel strip is rounded irregularly on a roller in a domestic subsea flexible pipe factory,a set of special-shaped steel strip rewinder suitable for the manufacture of subsea flexible pipe has been successfully developed.The rewinder has been verified to meet the design requirements through the actual operation in the factory.It provides a powerful support for the domestic manufacture of subsea flexible pipe.
