摘　　要：当前,军事体育专业任职教育不能有效满足部队开展科学化军事体育训练的需求,军事体育组训人才短缺已日渐凸显。为培养出适应基层作战部队需要的军事体育训练的组训人才,军事院校应当结合基层部队实际,转变培训观念,完善培训内容,明确培训目标,培养符合部队需要的优秀军事体育组训人才。With the promulgation and implementation of the outline of military sports training and assessment,the military sports professional post education can not effectively meet the needs of scientific military sports training,and the shortage of military sports training personnel has become increasingly prominent.In order to train the military physical training personnel who can meet the needs of the grass-roots combat forces,the military colleges and universities should combine the actual situation of the grass-roots forces,change the training concept,improve the training content,define the training objectives,and train the excellent military physical training personnel who meet the needs of the army.
