生态体育视野下的攀树运动发展研究

摘　　要：攀树运动是一项体力与勇气相结合、趣味性和观赏性很强的攀爬类活动,集运动、娱乐、挑战自身于一体,具有很高的健身休闲和体验式教学的价值。本文运用生态体育的理论,以我国攀树运动为研究对象,运用文献调研、逻辑分析、对比分析等方法,对我国攀树运动的发展进行研究。在梳理生态体育的内涵和有关攀树运动的文献研究基础上,分析我国开展攀树运动的现状,认为我国攀树运动的理论研究成果欠缺,整体理论框架有待完善、观点不够成熟,有待进一步系统化研究、攀树运动实践积累有待进一步盈实。大众对攀树运动的健身休闲、发展认知、知识树功能认识有待深化。Tree climbing movement is a combination of strength and courage,interest and view and admire a gender strong climbing class activities,sports,entertainment,challenge themselves to a body,has the very high fitness leisure and the value of experiential teaching.Based on the theory of ecological sports,this paper studies the development of climbing trees in China by means of literature research,logical analysis and comparative analysis.In tracing the connotation of ecological sports and climbing tree movement based on the literature research,launched a campaign to climb the tree analysis of the status quo,climb a tree,the movement of the theoretical research results,needs to improve the overall theoretical framework,views not mature enough,further systematic research,tree climbing movement practice remains to be surplus.The public's cognition of fitness and leisure,development cognition and knowledge tree of climbing trees need to be deepened.
