摘 要:根据舰艇水泵对其配套电机要求的特殊性,设计了具有自起动能力的舰艇水泵高功率密度永磁同步电动机。采用"场-路-运动"耦合时步有限元方法,对所设计电机的起动电流、起动时间、稳态转矩脉动进行了计算,分析了负载类型、转子系统转动惯量、V型永磁体槽间距、键槽方案对高功率密度自起动永磁同步电机起动性能和稳态转矩脉动的影响。结果表明,自起动永磁同步电机带水泵型负载时比带恒转矩负载时起动性能更优,起动性能随转子系统转动惯量增大而变差,减小空载气隙磁密5、7次谐波有利于降低自起动永磁同步电机稳态转矩脉动。According to the special requirements of the warship’s water pump for its motor, a permanent magnet synchronous motor with self-starting capability and high power density was designed. The "field-circuit-motion" coupling time-stepping finite element method was used to calculate the starting current, starting time and steady-state torque ripple of the designed motor. The influence of the load type, rotor system moment of inertia, spacing of the V-shaped permanent magnet slot and the keyway scheme on the starting performance and steady-state torque ripple of the high power density line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed. The results show that the starting performance of pump-type load is better than that of the constant torque load. The starting performance is worse with the rotor system’s moment of inertia increasing. The reduction of the 5 and 7 harmonics of no-load air gap flux density is beneficial to reduce the steady state torque ripple of the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor.
