摘 要:随着环境污染和资源枯竭日益加重,电动汽车的需求量不断增加,高性能永磁同步电机对电动汽车的发展有着极其重要的意义,而转子磁极设计对电机各项性能指标具有重要影响。论文从永磁同步电机的磁极设计入手,结合电机设计理论分析,阐述磁极设计中所涉及的关键思路,以丰田Prius系列为例,对比不同设计方案下永磁同步电机各项性能指标优劣,再对高性能永磁同步电机磁极设计予以总结,为后续相关设计提供借鉴和参考。With the increasing environmental pollution and resource depletion,the demand for electric vehicles is increasing.High-performance permanent magnet synchronous motors are of great significance to the development of electric vehicles.The design of rotor magnetic poles has an important impact on various performance indexes of electric motors.The paper started with the magnetic pole design of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and combined the theoretical analysis of motor design to explain the key ideas involved in the design of magnetic pole.Taking the Toyota Prius series as an example,compared the performance and performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor under different design schemes.Then summarized the magnetic pole design of high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor,and provided reference and reference for subsequent related design.
