摘 要:膝骨关节炎具有高发病率及高致残率等特征,现阶段对其发病机制尚不完全清楚,亦缺乏真正有效的治愈方法,目前对其发病机制及治疗的研究仍以动物实验为主,其关键是建立理想的动物模型。目前用于膝骨关节炎研究的实验动物多种,造模方式多样,且各具优缺点。在进行动物实验前,应结合研究目的、模型特点综合考虑。本文就近年来膝骨关节炎动物模型的研究进展作一综述。Knee osteoarthritis has such characters as high incidence and high morbidity, and at this stage of its pathogenesis is not fully clear, the lack of a really effective cure, also is the research of its pathogenesis and treatment still is given priority to with animal experiment, the key is to establish ideal animal model. Currently, there are many kinds of experimental animals for knee osteoarthritis, with various modes and advantages and disadvantages. Before conducting animal experiments, the research purpose and model characteristics should be taken into consideration. This article reviews the recent progress in the animal models of osteoarthritis of the knee.
