摘 要:对不同成分耐火钢进行了铸造试验,并进行了力学性能、抗震性能和铸态组织的测试与分析。结果表明:与未添加钒的耐火钢相比,新型含钒耐火钢的抗拉强度(605MPa)和屈服强度(358MPa)分别增大32.1%、25.2%,屈强比(0.592)减小5.1%,其强度和抗震性能得到提高。The casting tests of refractory steels with different compositions were carried out, and the mechanical properties, seismic properties and as-cast microstructure were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the refractory steel without vanadium, the tensile strength(605 MPa) and yield strength(358 MPa) of the new type refractory steel containing vanadium increase by 32.1% and 25.2%, respectively, and the yield ratio(0.592) decreases by 5.1%. The strength and seismic performance are improved.
