摘  要:镁合金管材在大曲率热弯成形过程中通常出现截面畸变(扁化)的缺陷。本文采用激光视觉系统对镁合金弯管截面进行了测量分析。对于轮廓数据中的测量噪声,采用稳健局部加权回归法进行了平滑处理,并与传统平滑方法进行了对比。经过对平滑处理前后的轮廓数据进行拟合计算及精度分析,得到了镁合金管材的截面尺寸参数。实验表明采用激光视觉系统及稳健局部加权回归法能精确测量镁合金管材截面轮廓,有效去除异常数据。The defect of section distortion(flattening) usually occurs in the hot bending process of magnesium alloy pipe with large curvature. The section of magnesium alloy bend pipe was measured and analyzed by using laser vision system. For the measured noise in contour data, the smoothing was carried out by using the robust local weighted regression method. It was compared with the traditional smoothing method. Through fitting calculation and precision analysis of the outline data before and after smoothing, the section size parameters of magnesium alloy pipe were obtained. The experimental results show that the section profile of magnesium alloy pipe can be accurately measured by laser vision system and robust local weighted regression method, and the abnormal data can be effectively removed.
