摘  要:某电厂TP347H材质高温再热器管频繁泄漏。通过宏观及无损检测、压扁、化学成分、硬度检测、金相等方法对高温再热器管进行泄漏原因综合分析并提出相应处理措施。结果表明,管屏上相邻管子之间温差过大造成的热疲劳损伤、结构应力及焊接工艺不当造成的焊接热裂纹和再热裂纹缺陷是高温再热器管泄漏的根本原因。经管屏分割、敷设浇注料、鳍片纵向切割等降低应力和规范焊接工艺的措施后,再热器管至今运行良好,未发生任何异常。The high temperature reheater tubes of TP347H in a power plant leaked frequently. The leakage causes of high temperature reheater tubes were comprehensively analyzed by means of macroscopic and surface nondestructive testing,flattening, chemical composition, hardness testing, metallographic examination, and the corresponding treatment measures were put forward. The results show that, the thermal fatigue damage caused by excessive temperature difference between some adjacent tubes on the tube screen and welding thermal crack and reheat crack defects caused by improper structural stress and welding process were the fundamental causes of leakage of high temperature reheater tubes. By dividing pipe screen, laying castable, cutting flippers in longitudinal direction and other measures to reduce stress, and standardizing welding process, they have been running well so far, and no anomalies have occurred.
