摘　　要：基于国内外相关研究,采用知识图谱技术,整理提炼了国外领导幽默的起源、核心议题、研究热点及发展脉络,并呈现了整合分析框架。与此同时,通过对国内有关成果进行整体审读和分析透视,发现其在本土契合性方面存在较多有待完善之处。在此基础上,结合中国制度和文化情境,识别了中国情境下领导幽默相关主题未来可供开拓的研究机会,以推进领导幽默本土化研究的深入开展。Based on relevant Chinese and western research,this study uses knowledge mapping technology to summarize the origin,core issues,hot topics and development progress of leader humor,and propose an integrative research framework.Meanwhile,through an overall review of domestic literature,this study finds the need to improve domestic research in terms of indigenous compatibility.Thus that,combined with the Chinese institutional and cultural context,this study points out the future direction of study on leader humor in Chinese context which provides reference for promoting indigenous study on leader humor.
