摘 要:破壁料理机是一种比较新颖的厨房小家电。主机壳体内的电机高速旋转带动杯内刀片组搅动液体,引起壳体和杯体振动,发出较大噪声。噪声是破壁料理机结构设计是否合理的重要指标之一,体现了产品核心竞争力。为了降低破壁料理机声功率,首先需要辨识出破壁料理机的主要声源。通过基于边界元的近场声全息技术,辨识出噪声主要来源是壳体振动和通风噪声。从声源和传递路径2个方面,针对壳体振动、通风噪声提出相应的减振降噪措施。实施措施后,原来的次要声源刀片变成主要声源,再针对刀片提出优化设计方案,使得破壁料理机声功率降低10 dB。根据上述破壁料理机的减振降噪研究,建立了完整的低噪声破壁料理机的减振降噪技术流程。High speed blender is a kind of new and useful small kitchen appliance.The motor mounted in the base unit rotates rapidly and drives the blades in the upper cup to blend the liquid,which can cause vibration and high noise of the blender.Noise is one of important indexes to evaluate the design of blenders and also is a competitive parameter of products.To reduce the sound power of the blender,it is important to primarily localize the noise sources.By using BEM-based NAH method,it was identified that the base unit vibration and ventilation noise are the main noise sources.On this basis,the mea-sures for vibration and noise reduction were proposed from the two aspects of noise sources and transfer path.After the mea-sures were implemented,the base unit vibration and blender sound power were reduced.However,the blades in the upper cup became the main noise source.Then,the optimal design for the blades was done and the sound power of the blender was reduced by 10 dB.According to the above research,a process of vibration and noise reduction technology for blenders was established.
