摘 要:图像测量技术与传统测量方法相比,具有非接触,精度高,速度快等优点,被广泛用在几何尺寸测量领域。在研究Sobel边缘检测技术的基础上,提出一种基于灰度矩的亚像素重定位算法,形成了电缆护套材料厚度图像测量系统。首先采用Sobel边缘检测算法,进行像素级边缘提取,然后通过基于灰度矩的检测算法进行亚像素级精确定位,计算得到电缆护套最大和最小厚度值。实验表明,与像素级边缘定位算法相比,电缆护套厚度测量误差降低约50%,算法流程简单,有效提高了电缆护套厚度检测系统的测量精度和稳定性。Image measurement has been widely used in geometry measurement field because of its advantage of non-contact,high accuracy,high speed.The paper researched a Sobel edge detection algorithm and proposed a new sub-pixel edge detection algorithm based on the gray-moment.Then the algorithm was applied to the cable sheath material thickness measurement.Firstly,the Sobel edge detection algorithm is used to extract the pixel-level edge,and then the sub-pixel level is accurately located by the detection algorithm based on gray-moment,and the maximum and minimum thickness of cable sheath is calculated.The experimental results show that the measurement error of cable sheath thickness is reduced by about 50%compared with the pixel level edge location algorithm.The algorithm is simple and can effectively improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the cable sheath thickness measurement system.
