摘　　要：近年来,面对日益增长的医保费用支出问题,我国一直在探索医保支付方式的改革。云南省2017年开展省本级职工疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)付费试点工作,K医院试点效果明显,同时存在不足,通过分析总结归纳DRG付费的关键点、基础性工作,希望能对正在启动的国家层面试点起到参考和借鉴作用。In recent years,confronting with the growing of medical insurance expenses,China has been actively exploring the reform of medical insurance payment. The paper introduces the pilot work of DRG payment for provincial employees in Yunnan Province in 2017,and analyzes the trial effect and problems of K hospital. Then the paper summarizes the key points and the basic work of DRG payment to provide references for the pilot project at the national level.
