公立医院内社会工作介入的时机和方式研究——以女性不孕症患者的管理为例

摘　　要：目的通过调查上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院生殖医学中心的女性不孕患者,探索医务社会工作介入的时机和方法,旨在为患者提供全方位的医疗服务和人性化关怀。方法采用随机抽样的方法,应用《医院焦虑抑郁量表》(HADS)和《社会支持量表》(SSRS)对225名患者进行问卷调查。结果治疗阶段、不孕原因、工作情况和经济压力等因素对不孕女性的情绪影响或社会支持使用具有显著性差异。结论医院要以建立基金、社会呼吁的形式帮助患者减轻经济压力,支持和鼓励医务社工与医护合作把握不同治疗时期的特点,及时进行社会关系重建等衍生服务,帮助患者实现生理、心理和社会的全面康复。Objective Through a survey of female infertility patients from Reproductive Medicine Center of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,to explore when and how that medical social workers to intervene, in order to provide integrated medical services and humanity care. Methods The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and the Social Support Research Scale(SSRS)were conducted among 225 patients, who were selected by random sampling pattern. Results There are significant differences of emotional impact and usage of social support that led by phases of treatment,causes of infertility,situations of work and pressures of financial(and etc.)that female infertility patients encountered. Conclusion The hospitals should help to reduce the financial pressure of patients by establishing medical relief funds and social appeals;encourage the cooperation between medical social workers and medical staff to seize characteristics of different cure periods,provide immediate derivative services such as social relationship reconstruction,to help patients achieve a complete recovery in both physiological and psychological levels.
