摘　　要：医学技术和医学人文理念的进步促使医疗服务模式从"以疾病为中心"向"以病人为中心"转变,非营利性组织在转变后的医疗服务模式中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在实践"以病人为中心"模式过程中,北京协和医院在院内志愿服务中建立了"以病人为中心、医院-科室-NPO协同合作"的"协和模式",并衍生出实现此模式的两条路径:一是医院购买非营利性组织服务,实行项目制管理;二是非营利性组织与医疗机构共建项目,全方位协同。The development of medical technology and medical humanities promotes the transformation of the medical service model from "disease-centered model" to "patient-centered model" in which non-profit organizations(NPO)play a more and more important role. On the basis of patient-centered service model,Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH)invites NPOs to involve into the patient service system to give patients social support when they are in the hospital. This paper figures out the roles of NGO in the "patient-centered model" and two pathways to fulfill these roles.
