摘 要:以环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料合成了一种含羧基和不饱和乙烯基的大豆油基功能性活性单体(MA-AESO)。采用不同交联聚合工艺,由MA-AESO制备得到4种聚合物,对其进行了力学性能测试,动态机械热分析和热重分析。结果表明,与单交联体系相比,双重交联体系的共聚物均具有刚性材料的特征,其拉伸强度均显著提高,断裂伸长率有所下降,其中热引发双重交联聚合物具有最高的拉伸强度11.65 MPa和最高的邵氏硬度63 HD。双重交联共聚物具有相对较高的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度,而光引发聚乙烯基酯单交联聚合物具有最低的储能模量和最低的玻璃化转变温度。四种交联聚合物均具有良好的热稳定性,且两种双重交联聚合物材料的初始分解温度均在360℃以上。本研究可为高刚性和高交联密度油脂基材料的制备提供新的研究思路。The soybean oil-based functional reactive monomer(MA-AESO)containing carboxyl and unsaturated vinyl groups was synthesized from epoxidized soybean oil(ESO).The four kinds of polymers were prepared from MA-AESO by different cross-linking polymerization processes,and their mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were carried out.The results showed that the copolymers of the double crosslinked system had the characteristics of rigid materials compared with the single crosslinked system.The tensile strength was significantly improved and the elongation at break was decreased,wherein the thermally induced double crosslinked polymer had the highest tensile strength of 11.65 MPa and the highest Shore hardness of 63 HD.The double crosslinked copolymer has a relatively high storage modulus and glass transition temperature,while the photoinitiated polyvinyl ester single crosslinked polymer had the lowest storage modulus and glass transition temperature.All of the four crosslinked polymers had good thermal stability,and the initial decomposition temperatures of the two double crosslinked polymer materials were all above 360℃.This study could provide new research ideas for the preparation of high rigidity and high crosslink density oil-based materials.
