摘  要:在热模拟实验机上采用单道次压缩法对高强船板钢EH47在不同变形条件下的高温变形行为以及变形工艺参数对显微组织的影响进行了研究。结果表明:高强船板钢EH47在不同变形条件下的应力-应变曲线均为动态回复型。随着变形温度升高、变形速率降低,高强船板钢EH47的变形抗力减小。随着变形温度升高、变形速率降低,高强船板钢EH47的硬度减小。这实验结果与显微组织分析结果相一致。The thermal deformation behavior under different deformation conditions and the effects of deformationprocess parameters on the microstructure of high strength hull steel EH47 were studied by using single channel compressionmethod in thermal simulation experiment. The results show that the stress - strain curves of high strength hull steel EH47 aredynamic recovery under different deformation conditions. With the increase of deformation temperature, the decrease ofdeformation rate, the deformation resistance of high strength hull steel EH47 decrease. With the increase of deformationtemperature and decrease of deformation rate, the hardness of high strength hull steel EH47 decreases. The experimentalresults are consistent with the results of microstructure analysis.
