摘 要:采用电化学测试方法研究了纯镰在不同pH值的NaCl溶液浸泡不同时间的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:在腐蚀过程中,C1-在纯银电极表面的吸附-扩散-溶解-传输过程中参与钝化膜的形成,对纯鎳的腐蚀有催化作用。在1 mol/LNaCl+NaOH溶液中,OH-浓度较大且供应充分,OH-不断替换CT,严重影响了CT的吸附-传输过程,减弱了C1-对纯镰的侵蚀作用,耐蚀性能得到很大提高。在lmol/LNaCl+^SCl,溶液中,H*的加人提髙了纯镰阳极溶解反应速率,使C1-吸附-扩散-传输循环进行,耐蚀性能降低。综上,纯操在3种不同pH腐蚀溶液中的耐蚀性顺序为:lmol/LNaCl+NaOH>lmol/LNaCl>lmol/LNaCl+H2S04.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of pure nickel immersed in NaCI solution with different pH value fordifferent time was studied by electrochemical method. The results show that the adsorption-diffusion-dissolution-transportprocess of Cl- ions participates in the formation of passive film on the surface of pure nickel electrode, which has catalysis onthe corrosion of pure nickel. In lmol/L NaCl+NaOH solution, owing to larger concentration of OH" ions with sufficientsupply, the continuous replacement of Cl~ by OH- seriously affects the adsorption-transport process of Cl-, which greatlyreduces the corrosion effects of Cl - to pure nickel and the corrosion resistance greatly improves. In lmol/L NaCl+H2SO4solution, the addition of H+ ions greatly promotes the anodic dissolution rate of nickel electrode with promoting the cycle ofadsorption-diffusiodissolution-transport process of Cl' ions, resulting in the decrease of corrosion resistance. In summary, theorder of corrosion resistance of pure nickel in three different pH conosion solution is lmol/L NaCl+NaOH > 1 mol/L NaCl>lmol/L NaCl+H2SO4.
