摘 要:研究了淬火温度对螺丝刀杆力学性能的影响。结果表明:在820°C〜900°C之间,随着淬火温度的增加,硬度、扭矩、畸变量、耐磨性能均逐渐增大。在880°C温度下淬火,180°Cxl20 min回火时,硬度为58.1 HRC,扭矩为26.8 N・m,畸变量为237 pm,磨损失重3」mg,是最佳的热处理工艺,其显微组织是马氏体组织。The effect of quenching temperature on mechanical properties of screw rod was studied. The results show that,with the increase of quenching temperature between 820-900 °C the hardness, torque, distortion and wear resistance promotegradually. At quenching temperature of 880 °C, the hardness is 5&1 HRC, the torque is 26.8 N・m, the distortion is 237 [imand wear weight loss is 3.1 mg. Which is the best heat treatment process and the microstructure is martensite after quenchingat this temperature.
