摘 要:对某型机舱门作动筒修理时,故障检査发现信号机构上的紧固螺母裂纹故障较多。为査明裂纹产生原因,对其中一有裂纹的螺母进行了外观观察、体式检査、微观观察、能谱分析、金相检查、硬度测试和分析。结果表明:螺母裂纹由应力腐蚀导致,热处理不当是导致产生应力腐蚀的主要原因,建议改进热处理工艺。During the repair of actuating cylinder of a certain type of aircraft hatch door, the fault check result found thatthe fastening nuts there were lots of cracks in on the signal mechanism. In order to find out the cause of crack, the appearanceobservation, pose inspection, microscopic observation, energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test andanalysis were carried out for one of the nuts with cracks. The results show that, the cracking of nut is caused by stress corrosion,and improper heat treatment is the main cause of stress corrosion. It is suggested to improve the heat treatment process.
