摘　　要：鸡痘病毒引起的鸡痘是一种常见的禽类传染病。鸡痘病毒可诱导感染的宿主产生细胞、体液和黏膜免疫应答,是一种理想的疫苗载体,可表达病毒、细菌和寄生虫的多种蛋白。这些病原体包括丙型肝炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒、传染性喉支气管炎病毒、马立克病病毒、新城疫病毒、火鸡鼻支气管炎肺病毒、口蹄疫病毒、猪瘟病毒、传染性法氏囊病病毒、Ⅰ型人类免疫缺陷病毒、猴免疫缺陷病毒、禽流感病毒、人乳头瘤病毒16型、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、牛痘病毒、出血性肠炎病毒、狂犬病毒、猪园环病毒Ⅱ型、番鸭细小病毒、禽艾美球虫、鸡败血支原体、恶性疟原虫和伯氏疟原虫等。本文综述以鸡痘病毒为传递载体的病原体疫苗的研制现状。Fowlpox caused by Fowlpox virus is one type of infectious diseases in avians.This virus may induce the host to produce cellular,humoral and mucosal immune responses,it may become ideal vaccine vector for expressing many proteins of viruses,bacteria and patasites.These pathogen agents include Hepatitis C virus,Bovine viral diarrhea virus,Infectious laryngotracheitis virus,Marek's disease virus,Newcastle disease virus,Turkey rhinotracheitis pneumovirus,Foot and mouth disease virus,Classical swine fever virus,Infectious bursal disease virus,Human immunodeficiency virus type 1,Simian immunodeficiency virus,Avian influenza virus,Human papillomavirus type 16,Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,Infectious bronchitis virus,Vaccinia virus,Hemorrhagic enteritis virus,Rabies virus,Porcine circovirus type 2,Muscovy duck parvovirus,Eimeria tenella,Mycoplasma gallisepticum,Plasmodium falciparum,Plasmodium berghei and so on.The review outlined the status in the research of recombinant F.virus vaccine.
