摘  要:介绍了DE-01树脂催化剂的制备工艺[3],并对树脂催化剂性能进行详细分析讨论。通过试验对ETBE合成反应的醇烯比、反应空速、反应温度等工艺条件进行论证。结果表明:丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司开发的ETBE专用树脂催化剂DE-01在反应温度为65~70℃,反应空速为1.5~2 h-1,醇烯比为1.1(mol/mol),反应压力为1.2MPa的条件下,混合C4中异丁烯最低转化率达到93%,优于国内外同类产品。The preparation method of resin catalyst DE-01 was introduced. The process conditions of ETBE synthesis, such as alkene-alcohol ratio, reaction space velocity and reaction temperature, were demonstrated by experiments. The results showed that,when the reaction temperature was 65~70 ℃, the reaction airspeed was 1.5~2.0 h-1, the alkene-alcohol ratio was 1.1 and the reaction pressure was 1.2 MPa, through using ETBE special resin catalyst DE-01 developed by Dandong Mingzhu special resin Co.,Ltd., the minimum conversion rate of isobutene in mixed C4 was 93%, which was better than similar products at home and abroad.
