摘 要:渭北油田长3主力油层埋藏浅,具有低渗、低压、低温、低油汽比的特征。由于油层渗透率低、井斜大,采用传统生产工艺易出现日产液量少、泵效低、结蜡严重、碰泵洗井频繁等问题。为此,研究配套了防污染高效举升工艺技术。通过研制高密度抽油泵和洗井防污染封隔器配套工具,设计出防污染高效举升工艺管柱。室内试验和现场应用表明,该工艺技术能够提高洗井效果,提高举升泵效10.72个百分点,增加日均产油0.23 t/d,改善了低渗油藏的开发效果。Chang 3 main layer in the Weibei Oilfield is shallowly buried,with low permeability,low pressure,low temperature and low oil-vapor ratio. Due to the low permeability and the large deviation,the traditional production process is prone to problems such as low daily liquid production,low pumping efficiency,serious waxing,frequent pump-checking and washing. Consequently,the research is equipped with anti-pollution and high-efficiency lifting technology. Through the supporting tools development of high-density pumping pump and anti-pollution wash packer,the anti-pollution and high-efficiency lifting technological column is designed.The laboratory test and field experiment show that the process technology can improve the washing effect,enhance the lift pump efficiency by 10.72%,increase the average daily oil production by 0.23 t/d,and improve the development effect of low permeability reservoirs.
