摘　　要：耐药结核病防治的任务紧迫与手段匮乏之间的矛盾日益突出,对精准诊疗迫切需求.大数据在疾病的预防、诊断和治疗中的应用已经形成了一个良好的开端,所起到的作用也越来越大,也是耐药结核病现代化的防治工作中所不可或缺的.我们需把握大数据时代的脉搏,积极地实现数据共享、数据集约和数据保护,注重卫生信息技术领域相关人才的培养.The contradiction between the task of the prevention and control of drug-resistant tuberculosis and the lack of means is becoming more and more prominent,and the need for accurate diagnosis and treatment is also urgent.The application of the big data in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease has formed a good beginning,and the effect is also becoming more and more important,and it is also indispensable in the prevention and treatment of the modernization of drug-resistant tuberculosis.We need to grasp the pulse of the big data era,actively realize data sharing,data intensive and data protection,and pay attention to the cultivation of relevant talents in the field of health information technology.
