摘 要:为考察复杂激励条件下变压器铁心的磁性能,文中搭建了一种磁通密度可控的实验平台。基于变压器铁心模型,通过采用可产生任意波形的谐波电源对励磁电压波形调整的方法,实现了对变压器铁心模型中磁通密度的控制。文中分别从谐波相位、谐波阶次以及谐波含量三方面考察和分析了对变压器铁心损耗的影响,发现随着谐波阶次和谐波含量的增加铁心损耗逐渐增大,且谐波相位差的增加使局部磁滞回环扩大,从而导致铁心损耗的增大,而在谐波阶次足够高时,相位对其影响减弱,因此可忽略谐波相位对铁心损耗的影响。所得结果和结论为谐波激励条件下变压器铁心电磁场数值计算提供了数据支持,有助于通过优化设计提高变压器产品的性能。In order to investigate the magnetic properties of transformer core under harmonic excitation,a controllable magnetic flux of transformer core magnetic properties test platform is built.The method of the controllable magnetic flux density is realized by using the harmonic power supply which can produce arbitrary waveform to adjust the excitation voltage waveform.In this paper,the effects of harmonic phase,harmonic order and harmonic content on the transformer core loss is investigated.It is found that the core loss gradually increases with the increase of harmonic order and harmonic content,and the increase of the harmonic phase difference increases the local hysteresis loop,resulting in the increase of core loss.When the harmonic order is high enough,the impact on phase is weakening,so the influence of harmonic phase on core loss can be ignored.The results and conclusions provide the data support for the numerical calculation of the electromagnetic field of the transformer core under the harmonic excitation condition.
