摘 要:换流变压器是高压直流输电工程的核心,换流变压器体积庞大、难以完整运输,一旦现场出现故障修复后则只能进行现场耐压试验以确保其投运后的安全运行。文中论述了国内外首次进行的±1100 kV换流变压器现场阀侧外施交流耐压试验及局部放电测量试验。±1100 kV昌吉换流站极Ⅰ高端换流变更换升高座后,为了检查其内部的绝缘强度和现场安装质量是否满足标准规程及产品技术条件要求,对极Ⅰ高端换流变压器进行阀侧外施交流耐压及局部放电测量试验。根据现场实际情况,通过合理布置试验设备位置、优化接地方式及接线方式、模拟试验等多种方法控制现场干扰水平及确保试验顺利进行,成功将现场局部放电干扰水平控制在100 pC以下,顺利完成了该项试验,为特高压换流变压器现场交流耐压及局部放电测试提供了宝贵的经验。The converter transformer is the core of the HVDC transmission project.The converter transformer is bulky and difficult to transport completely.Once the fault is repaired on-site only the on-site withstand voltage test can be carried out to ensure the safe operation after it is put into operation.This paper discusses the AC voltage withstand test and partial discharge measurement test on the field of the±1100 kV converter transformer valve side for the first time on-site.After±1100 kV Changji converter station pole I high side converter replace seat its internal insulation strength and on-site installation quality should be checked to meet the requirements of the standard regulations and product technical conditions.The valve side of the high side converter transformer AC withstand voltage and partial discharge measurement test are carried out on-site.According to the actual situation of the field by properly arranging the location of the test equipment optimizing the grounding mode wiring method simulation test and other methods to control the on-site interference level and ensure the well-off progress of the test the local discharge interference level is successfully controlled below 100 pC and the test is completed successfully.This test provides valuable experience for on-site AC withstand voltage and partial discharge testing of UHV converter transformers.
