摘  要:开关柜内隔离开关等开关操作引起的电磁暂态干扰,会通过电子式互感器传导至二次控制、计量设备,对电子式互感器一次绝缘和二次电子线路的抗干扰能力有极大的考验,可能会造成电子式互感器测量失效。文中通过电路分析与电磁暂态仿真,建立10 kV开关柜中电子式电压互感器电路模型,分析其在隔离开关开断空载母线下的暂态响应,发现电子式电压互感器暂态响应输出暂态幅值高达稳态输出值的几十倍,其中伴随着上兆赫兹的高频干扰,高频干扰频带主要分布在200 kHz、1.25 MHz和1.7 MHz附近。通过对比电磁式互感器,发现两者暂态特性大不相同,提出基于电磁式互感器所制定的电子式互感器暂态性能实验方案有待完善。仿真结果为电子式电压互感器实际工况运行提供了理论分析基础,有助于提升电子式电压互感器电磁防护性能和完善其暂态实验检测标准,提高其长期运行稳定性。The electromagnetic transient interference caused by the switch operation of the circuit breaker inside the switchgear will be transmitted to the secondary control and intelligent equipment through the electronic instrument transformer(EIT) which is a great test to the insulation capability of the sensor and the secondary equipment.And the effect may bring the measurement error.In this paper through the circuit analysis and electromagnetic transient simulation the circuit model of the electronic voltage transformer(EVT) in the 10 kV switchgear is established and the transient response of the disconnector under the no-load busbar is analyzed.It is found that the transient response output amplitude of EVT is up to several times of the fundamental-frequency value the high frequency interference are upper megahertz the high frequency interference bands is mainly distributed at 200 kHz 1.25 MHz and1.7 MHz.Compared with the electromagnetic transformers it is found that the transient characteristics of ETs and ElTs are quite different.The experimental scheme based on electromagnetic transformer(ET) for the transient performance of EITs needs to be improved.The simulation results provide theoretical analysis for the actual operation of the EVTs which can improve the electromagnetic protection performance of the EVTs and its long-term operational stability.
